Our story so far

In March 2019, Colin & Natasha Ruddock relocated from Victory Outreach Manchester to Birmingham to start a Victory Outreach church in the city.  We started a small group with a few people and we had been told about the Citadel as we were moving as a possible space to worship.

Natasha was born in Birmingham and moved South to attend University, before travelling around the world solo for a year in 2003, where she began to feel there is a God. She worked as a temp at a Pentecostal church in Birmingham on her return and got saved. She has since worked in Christian ministry for the World Prayer Centre and United Christian Broadcasters.

They married in 2009 and joined Victory Outreach Manchester. They have served in various ministries while at Victory Outreach Manchester, including Events Leaders, Media, Live streaming and Community outreach.  Colin became a licensed minister in 2015. They have an amazingly funny son called Brandon.

Our heart is to see Birmingham impacted by the work of Victory Outreach and the anointing that this ministry carries to reach the lost and broken, particularly those struggling with substance abuse.

We embrace people from all walks of life and endeavour to see them become all that God has called them to be.

We look forward to connecting with you and hope you can join our journey!

Colin & Natasha Ruddock

Lead Pastors

We started our first Sunday service on Sunday 29th September in the Citadel building on Corporation Street and meet there until the lockdown in 2020.  We then went online with our services and weekly meetings and in 2021, we started our Sunday services at the Great Barr Conservative Club in Great Barr, North Birmingham.  We meet there every Sunday at 11am.  Find out where we are.

Colin is originally from Manchester and has been raised in church since birth but he really started to have a relationship with God we he moved from his childhood church. He previous started a Christian promotion and artist management company called '1NC Promotions' and has a passion to see the gospel shared through music and events.

We are a church that is vibrant, multi-cultural, and multi-generational that serves the diverse community in Birmingham.
